Nova Wrap is a Dubai-based company founded in 2023, specialising in professional vinyl wrapping solutions for residential and commercial interiors. They deliver custom, durable, and sustainable transformations for kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, and appliances—offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional renovations.

After only a year in the market, Nova Wrap needed a proactive PPC partner to help them compete against established competitors, lower their cost per lead, and generate more consistent, high-quality WhatsApp and Messenger enquiries.

Capitalize Digital was appointed to audit the existing setup and implement a structured growth strategy across Google and Meta.

The Challenge

2. Controlled Google Ads Restructure

Instead of a risky rebuild, we:

Key tactical actions included:

• Performance Max (PMax) for prospecting and retargeting
• New ad groups for Furniture Wrapping and Cabinet Wrapping
• Promotional extension: “Up to 20% off Full Kitchen Wrap”
• Stronger creatives and WhatsApp extensions (critical for Dubai)

3. Meta Ads Launch

Meta was introduced to drive Messenger and WhatsApp leads:

• A+ Leads broad testing
• Lookalike audience based on ideal customers
• Creative focus on before-and-after transformations

This quickly established a scalable top-of-funnel.

4. CRM & Automation

WhatsApp and Messenger leads were routed directly into the client CRM for:

• Automated vetting
